Paella was introduced into Spain by the Moors in the seventh century. Mohammed, a Moroccan national who has lived in England for twenty years, takes it back to it’s roots with a range of traditional Spanish Paellas as well as his special recipe Moroccan Lamb Paella with a truly authentic North African flavour. Alongside these established favourites Mohammed offers Louisiana Jambalaya which can be made mild, medium or spicy.
Mohammed will be delighted to come and cook Simply Paella, leaving the party host to provide any accompanying dishes. Or why not treat yourself to authentic Tapas, delicious Salads or a fantastic dessert.
