New for 2012, in addition to his fantastic value paella menu Mohammed is offering the taste of Louisiana, JAMBALAYA.

Jambalaya was originally an attempt by Spanish immigrants to make paella using tomato as a substitute for Saffron. With the addition of  local ingredients and Caribean spices a world famous dish was born.

Our Jambalaya contains chicken, sausage,  seafood, American long grain rice, a variety of seasonal vegetables and Cajun spices to taste.  It can be made mild, medium or spicy.

One cook of Jambalaya in Mohammed’s Big Pan will feed 40 to 50 people and is priced at £395
