The secret ingredient is Mohammed’s  home made Lamb Khlia (pronounced Her-lear) marinaded and cured to a traditional family recipe passed down by his mother. This is only produced in small batches in the private kitchen at home and has a mind blowing intensity of flavour.

‘Moroccan Lamb Paella’ has a truly authentic Moorish flavour  featuring a variety of seasonal vegetables as well as herbs and gentle spices.
