Simply Paella

Mohammed Essakhi is a Moroccan born chef who has worked in the restaurant business for thirty years.

Mohammed first worked in hotels and restaurants in Nice the South of France. On moving to London he worked in Le Palais du Jardin in Covent Garden and subsequently catered at The Houses of Parliament, The Treasury and British Petroleum Corporate hospitality.

Mohammed believes that good quality food should not have to cost the earth. We created the Simply Paella concept to allow you to enjoy a great chef working in your home at a great price by simplifying the process of planning and quoting for your menu.

Since we founded simply paella in 2010, we are now in our  second decade of great fun, great value catering.
